The health and safety of our team members and customers is extremely important. We most certainly take the current health environment very seriously even as we continue to provide magical and moist muffins.

We are adhering to all known best practices from health authorities, and are following all directions carefully.We have increased our already rigorous cleaning and sanitization measures and implemented even more meticulous hand-washing procedures. We also ensure that our team members are staying at home when they feel ill.

Please help us help you by washing your hands frequently. Please use sanitizer when hand washing isn't an option. Also please stay home if you're not feeling well. If you're not feeling well and want to satisfy your muffin munchies, we will happily deliver locally or ship nationwide via this website.

MUFFINS

Our muffins can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 days. On day 3, we recommend placing them a freezer safe bag and/or container and freezing for up to 3 months. 

When you’re ready to enjoy them, warm your muffins in the microwave for 35 seconds or until warmed through OR wrap in foil and place in 350°F for 10-15 minutes.

COOKIES

Our Morning Joy Breakfast Cookie can be stored in an airtight container for up to 7 days. If not consumed in that time, we recommend placing them a freezer safe bag and/or container and freezing for up to 3 months. 

When you’re ready to devour them, warm your cookies in a 350°F oven for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.

OATMEAL BAKE

The oatmeal bakes can be stored in the refrigerator for 5 days. Microwave for 2-3 minutes depending on the size of your share. If you’d like to save for later, place bakes in a freezer bag or an air tight container for 3 months. 

When you’re ready to eat, warm the bake in a 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.

CAN I GIFT MUFFHENS TO SOMEONE?

Of course you can! Be sure to place all of the shipping information and a contact phone number for the recipient. (shipped or delivered).

I’M SENDING A GIFT BUT DON’T WANT MY NAME ON THE ORDER - HOW DO I MAKE THIS HAPPEN?The best way to achieve this is to enter the recipient’s information in the billing section of the checkout. If sending from your company, enter your company’s name versus your first and last name. 

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE MUFFINS IN MY ORDER?When browsing the muffin, there is a drop-down menu that displays the available variety options. Select your preferred mixture.

CAN I ORDER IN ADVANCE?

Yes you can! In the Special Instructions Box at checkout, you can enter the date that you would like your order to arrive, up to 20 days in advance. Please note that once a package is in FedEx’s hands, we do not have control over any Acts of God that may delay shipment. If your muffins, cookies, or oatmeal bake has to arrive by a specific date, we highly recommend scheduling them to arrive a day or two early. Please review the storing guide for the best methods for keeping your goods fresh.

WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH AND WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

We ship via FedEx Express and is a flat rate of $25; if you opt for overnight or express the price will increase.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE PACKAGING FOR LARGE ORDERS OR PARTY FAVORS?

Yea we can! We’re happy to work with you to customize a sticker, ribbon, and/or hang tag color for your order.  Minimum quantities will apply for all customizations and the price may be adjusted accordingly. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?

Since we bake and ship to order daily, we need advanced notice to plan large orders. We typically require one week’s notice for large orders and an additional week or two for orders with customizations. That said, we know that sometimes time isn’t on your side and are always happy to try and accommodate a shorter window. Send us an email, and we’ll see what we can do! 

Yes we do! Please find all nutritional labels along ingredients here. Although have not obtained the certifications as of yet, our food is  made with organic ingredients: fruit, cane sugar, oil, cinnamon, etc, gluten free, cooked Kosher style, non GMO, vegan and paleo-friendly. 

Muffhens Bakery is committed to offering products that are not made with animal-based ingredients or materials. All of our recipes use plant-based and allergy-friendly ingredients.

ARE ALL MUFFHENS PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?

Yes! All of our products are gluten free and we are working to obtain a gluten free third-party certification.

All Muffhens products are non-gmo.

All of our products are prepared in a kosher-style and are working towards a Kosher certification.

All Muffhens products are hand-made in an allergy-friendly  facility.

Although we are an allergen-friendly product, please check the ingredients of the product you're consuming as we know that people can be allergic to anything.
